Dear Sir Grattan,

6th. October
Chung Chi Cheung -V- The King.
1938.
Referring to my telephone conversation with you yesterday, I enelose herewith as requested, a print of
the Record in this case.
I have now ascertained from Mr. Preedy that he is willing to make a special effort and can let the Attorney-General have a draft case early on Monday morning the 10th instant. In the meantime, I am sending the Record and Instructions to the Attorney so that he may be reading them in preparation for the consultation.
His Clerk has not yet been able to let me know the time when this will take place, but as soon as I
hear from him I will let you know.
Yours sincerely,
H. H. Marshall
